Where prices start
In our offer, prices in Dubai are given in dirhams (AED):
- Apartments: from AED 672,000 (a studio of about 32 m² with a water view in Dubailand).
- Villas (4 bedrooms): from AED 3,329,000 to AED 9,420,000.
The differences come mainly from location, size, view, and whether the property is off-plan or resale.
What the price depends on

Costs beyond the price

Is the price enough for a Golden Visa?
A visa through property requires a minimum of AED 2 million in value according to the Dubai Land Department. Of our offers, some apartments are below this amount and some above, and villas exceed it.
