World Residence awards and distinctions
The trust of our clients and partners is the most important award for us. Below we have gathered the distinctions we have received for our work on the Spanish property market.
Metrovacesa 2020 – 2nd place in the ranking of agencies and agents
In 2020 World Residence took 2nd place in the “Top 3 agencias” ranking of the Metrovacesa partner programme (metrovacesa4u – Liga de Agencias) and received the Silver category. In the “Top 3 agentes” ranking, 2nd place went to our agent Andrzej Strauss.
Metrovacesa is a company with a history of more than 100 years and the largest residential developer in Spain – in 2018–2020 it delivered about 12,600 homes, the most of any developer in the country.
