For over two decades we have worked in the real estate industry. Founded in Poznań in 1998, since 2010 the company has been helping clients fulfil their dreams of living and investing in sunny Spain, and since 2024 it has also operated in dynamically developing Dubai. We combine experience, knowledge of local markets and a passion for property to give you complete security and comfort at every stage of your purchase.

World Residence in brief

World Residence is a Polish real estate agency that has operated on the market since 1998. Since 2010 it has sold property in Spain on the Costa Blanca (including Alicante) and the Costa del Sol (including Malaga), and since 2024 also in Dubai. The offer mainly includes flats, houses and apartments from the primary market, from proven developers, as well as from the resale market. We work with local real estate agencies along the entire coast. Polish-speaking advisers guide the client through the whole purchase process, from choosing the property to the notarial deed. After the purchase they help, among other things, with furnishing and equipping the property and with obtaining a rental licence. We always recommend using an independent lawyer, and thanks to the contacts we have built up we can recommend Polish-speaking lawyers on every Spanish coast.

When buying property abroad we recommend, in every case, using an independent lawyer. They represent only you: they check the legal status of the property, verify documents and contracts and oversee the formalities up to the signing at the notary. We have built up contacts with Polish-speaking lawyers on every coast, so we can recommend a specialist you will have no trouble communicating with.

Complete trip organisation

Do you want to see properties in person? We will organise everything:

• flight and hotel booking,
• transfer and on-site care,
• presentations of selected properties.

The trip is non-binding, and if you buy a property you do not pay any commission when using our services. In addition, we can meet you where you live to answer all your questions and dispel any doubts.
