What our real estate office in Spain does
We help with buying property on the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol. We mainly offer new apartments and houses from vetted developers (primary market), as well as resale properties. We work with local real estate offices along the whole coast, so we can show offers from many towns, not just one development.

No commission charged to the buyer
In Spain the agency commission is usually paid by the seller, not the buyer. With us there is no commission charged to the buyer, so you pay the same for the property as when buying directly from the developer, and you have Polish-speaking help on your side at every stage.
How cooperation works
We start with a conversation about your needs: budget, location and the purpose of the purchase. On this basis we select offers. We can also help organise a viewing trip, including flight, hotel and transfer, or arrange a meeting where you live. Once you choose a property, we guide you through the reservation, the formalities (including the NIE number and a Spanish bank account) and the signing of the notarial deed. Independent lawyer and transaction security
We always recommend that the buyer uses an independent lawyer. We have contacts with Polish-speaking lawyers on every coast of Spain and will gladly recommend them.
After-sales help
Our work does not end at the notarial deed. We help furnish and equip the property (we work with furniture stores and interior designers) and with obtaining a rental licence. You can come back to the office for help even several years after the purchase.
