What formalities does a Pole need to buy property in Spain?
The most important are a Spanish NIE number (the equivalent of a PESEL/tax ID for foreigners) and a bank account in Spain. World Residence helps arrange these formalities and guides the whole process in Polish.
Can a foreigner buy property in Dubai?
Yes. In designated freehold zones, foreigners can own property outright. We help clients choose locations that meet this condition.
Can I rent out the property I buy to tourists?
Yes, many of our offers on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca and in Dubai are suitable for holiday rental — we are happy to advise which locations have the greatest investment potential.
